    4) The 8,000 acres of Montana de Oro State Park is a fairytale retreat filled with towering 100 year old eucalyptus trees, with the west side of the park on the Pacific ocean full of uncrowded beaches rocky coves and hiking trails...It has The Spooner Ranch House Museum, which is also an interesting place to visit.. and secret places to surf...  

    5) Los Osos has many nice Restaurants, Shopping, Schools, a Community Park, Church, all just a few steps from these Properties.  

    6) Morro Bay shares the Bay. It has many seaside restaurants and attractions at the Embarcadero with charter fishing and whale watching boats.. Rent a bicycle built for two, or a family sized surrey, to pedal bayside to Morro Rock to see furry sea otters sunning on their backs. 

    7) The Inn at Morro Bay, and the Bay View Morro Bay Golf Course remind visitors of Monterey's Pebble Beach.  

    8) San Luis Obispo's Regional Airport has connection flights to LA, SFO, Las Vegas and other major US cities, only 25 minutes away
